The construction work on the Storchanest project in Satteins has been completed and the apartments are ready for handover. We would like to thank all the executing companies for their cooperation and wish the future residents much joy in their new home!

In Satteins, parquet layers and electricians are currently at work in House A. In House B, the final painting work and cleaning are taking place.
For the outdoor facilities, the kerbstones are being set and the green areas are being covered with humus.

In House A, the installer is currently completing his work. In addition, the blinds are being installed. The stair railing is attached. In House B, the blinds are also being installed - here, too, the stair railing is already in place. The preparatory work for setting the door panels is underway. The terrain is being prepared in the outdoor area.

In House A, the bathrooms are currently being sealed and the preparatory work for the painters is starting. In House B, the priming of the walls and ceilings has already been completed. Drywallers are carrying out re-filling work.

In House A, the fine abrasion is done inside, the floor coating of the basement rooms is in progress and the facade of the top floor is being installed. In House B, the tiles are being laid in the stairwell.

In Satteins, the construction work is progressing according to plan. In House A, the screed is being heated, the filling work has been completed and the frames are being primed. Tiling and painting work are taking place in House B.

At House B, the scaffolding is being erected and the ETICS is being glued. Inside, the insulation of the screed and the laying of the underfloor heating are in progress. At House A, the base insulation in the ground floor + top floor is being glued on the outside. The drywaller is planking the first side and the raw installations installer + electrician are in progress.

The traditional topping-out ceremony for the new Storchanest project in Satteins took place in the presence of project participants, owners and interested parties.
July 2023

The building shell of House B has been completed, and the windows are currently being installed. At House A, the ceiling of the 1st floor is in progress.
May 2023

In House A, the final concrete work is currently taking place on the ceiling of the ground floor. The first walls of the ground floor will also be finished shortly. In House B, on the other hand, the formwork for the ceiling and parapet of the 1st floor is in progress.
April 2023

The walls of the ground floor are currently being erected in House B, while the floor slab is currently being concreted in House A. The ceiling formwork for the ground floor will shortly take place in House B. In House A, the wall formwork and wall installation of the basement will then be carried out.
