The building site in Haar near Munich will soon be ready for the start of construction.

June 2022

The construction site is currently being set up in Haar and the building site is being prepared. Construction work on the project will start shortly.

July 2022

The earthworks and excavation have been completed. Work on the building shell has started.

October 2022

Construction work in the Annelies Quartier in Haar is progressing according to plan. In House D, the walls on the ground floor are currently being erected. In House B, work is being carried out on the walls in the basement.

December 2022

In House A, the walls and the ceiling are being built on the 1st floor. In House B, work is being carried out on the reinforced concrete ceiling above the 1st basement floor. In House C, the foundations and reinforced concrete supports are being built on the 1st basement floor. In House D, the walls on the top floor are already growing in height.

February 2023

In Haar, work on the new construction project is on track. House A: Structural work on the 3rd floor. House B: Structural work on the 2nd floor. House C: Structural work ground floor/ceiling above the 1st basement floor. House D: Structural work top floor, start of carpentry work, installation of facade windows, start of building services installation.

November 2023

The scaffolding has already been removed from House A and D – the bright facades shine in all their glory.

March 2024

The interior work in the residential buildings is as good as completed and the final cleaning will take place shortly. House D is already completely finished and ready for occupancy.

July 2024

The new construction project Annelies Quartier in Haar near Munich has been completed. The first delicate green is already visible on the outdoor facilities and in the inner courtyard. The sold residential units have been handed over to the new owners.
