Cherry blossom in Vienna:
first section completed
The residential asset class has once again proven to be crisis-resistant and demand for homes in cities and conurbations remains high. ZIMA Vienna on the developer side and AURIS Immo Solutions on the investor side are also taking this into account. The T-shaped "Kirschblüte" building was handed over to Immo Solutions in mid-July as part of the special real estate fund "Nachhaltiger Immobilienfonds Österreich", which was launched jointly with BNP Paribas REIM and comprises a mix of residential units, a kindergarten and a small retail unit with a total area of around 7,000 m².
"As an investor representative, we are delighted to be able to realize another climate-active residential property with ZIMA as a competent partner. With our residential properties, we offer an ecological attitude to life and an urban lifestyle in one of the most attractive cities in Europe," says Christian Schön, Managing Partner of AURIS Immo Solutions GmbH.
"We are proud to be able to hand over a climate-active certified, high-quality and extremely liveable property to the investor on time. Living at Kirschblütenpark is characterized in particular by its excellent infrastructure and wide range of leisure activities and offers an ideal mix of apartments and uses," says Thomas Thaler, Site Manager of ZIMA Wien GmbH.
Urban, close to nature & climate-active
Numerous benefits and services make this sustainable property particularly attractive for young, environmentally conscious families. While the innovative heating and cooling system guarantees optimal living space temperature control, an e-charging station is available for e-bikes, e-cars and e-cargo bikes and offers ecological mobility. The modern kindergarten run by the "Kinderliebe" association provides childcare for young children. The in-house coffee shop "Koun Coffee" serves a variety of coffee creations and French croissants. Here, too, the focus is on sustainability: the coffee beans are from fair and direct trade and the beans are roasted in the company's own coffee roastery in Korneuburg.
Embedded in the 30,000 m² cherry blossom park, with green spaces the size of seven soccer pitches, shaded rest areas and the characteristic cherry blossom trees, the future residents will enjoy an optimal balance between city and nature. ZIMA and Immo Solutions have also created new green spaces and planted over 40 new trees. There is a comprehensive range of infrastructure on the doorstep, including supermarkets, a pharmacy and excellent public transport links. The nearest subway station and the Donauzentrum shopping and entertainment center are a seven-minute walk away, while Praterstern is a further seven minutes away. The Old Danube or the Danube Island a little further on are ideal for cooling off.
